Airtable stepped in it this week. It announced a grand AI strategy (which wasn’t that at all), and gated future access to these broadly useless AI features for enterprise customers only. The icing on this fallen cake is a fundamental change to its widely used Interfaces feature. A change that took many consultants and enterprise leaders by surprise.
